Terms of Service
1. Role of the Platform
BestCruiseParking.com acts solely as a booking agent and aggregator for third-party parking facility operators. We do not own, operate, or manage any parking facilities. Our role is limited to facilitating the reservation process between you (the "Customer") and the parking lot operator (the "Service Provider").
2. Booking & Vouchers
Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive a booking voucher via email. This voucher must be presented to the parking attendant upon arrival. Failure to produce a valid voucher may result in the parking operator charging you their standard drive-up rates, for which BestCruiseParking.com is not liable.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand travel plans change. You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your booking reference number.
4. Limitation of Liability
As an aggregator, BestCruiseParking.com is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of property that may occur while your vehicle is parked at a partner facility. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the safety and security of your vehicle. Any claims regarding damage or loss must be directed to the parking lot operator directly before leaving the facility.
